S.T.O.R.M.
(Spiritual Teen Out Reach Ministry) NEEDS YOU!!
We are eager to
build an adult ministry team. We are in search of adult volunteers to help lead
the teens in our Parish. In a brainstorming session with the teens we have
decided to give these special volunteers the important title of "S.T.O.R.M.
Chaser". What is a S.T.O.R.M. Chaser you ask? Well, let me tell you. It is a
person up for an "adventure" and flexible enough to go where the S.T.O.R.M.
takes you
(retreats, youth rallies,
service trips, lock-ins, weekly meetings, faith sharing sessions, etc.). Must
have the ability to adapt to many different situations (& personalities,) and
most importantly, must be understanding and compassionate of the teenage life
experience, all the while possessing an openness and willingness to share your
spirituality and faith with our future church. If becoming a S.T.O.R.M. Chaser

The Youth Ministry is a program involving all youth of the Parish in the 9th
through 12th grades. The goals of this Ministry are to foster a total personal
and spiritual growth of each young person; to involve youth in responsible
participation in life, mission and work of our faith community; and to encourage
our youth to become disciples of Jesus Christ by witnessing their faith in
living and working for justice, peace and human dignity. To achieve these goals
the program includes a balance of spiritual, social and service activities.
